Test Engineer II

Hello, everyone, I am happy to inform you that I have joined Dell Technologies as a Test Engineer after a career break of 4.5 years. I have completed my level 2 Taara program and am doing level 3 now. Thanks to the Aspire For Her team, Seetha Lakshmi ma’am, Ruchita ma’m, Madhura ma’m for conducting various webinars and constantly supporting women getting back to work after a break in technical roles. This group is full of positivity and enthusiasm and that has been a constant motivation to try our best. All the best to all the ladies out there. Shed your fear and give it your best. Also to add past relevant experience is definitely considered in tech roles and do prepare on that front.

I just wanted to let you all know that I joined ThoughtWorks. This platform has given me great support and confidence that you are not alone in this journey. I had some real eye-opener workshops with Jacintha Jayachandran and took some cool soft skills courses. Hope I can contribute to the group and help in any way possible.
