Take your ambition
higher than your role.

Find everything you need to strive bigger, better and higher as a senior woman leader.

Women leaders have always played a crucial role in shaping societies, industries, and cultures worldwide – be it as scientists, technologists, activists or educators. This is a community to share their stories, celebrate their achievements, and pave the way for others to follow in their footsteps.

Our Women Leaders Community Size 450+ and still growing!

Why is the Women Leaders community important?

Currently, women leaders hold:

29% of senior management roles globally

10.9% of global leadership positions in politics

8.2% of CEO positions in Fortune 500 companies

17% of board seats in Indian companies

14% of science, engineering, and research and development positions in India

Markers of progress

We are being talked about

I was fortunate enough to be a part of Aspire For Her’s first WOB cohort. It was one of the most enriching experiences of my learning journey ever. The most exciting part about the cohort and the program was that it was so well thought through – with curated sessions and an effort by the Aspire For Her team to bring in the best of the industry leaders who came forward from different disciplines and shared their experiences. We had a fantastic graduation ceremony at the US Consulate in Mumbai and then the learning continued. Thank you for all that you have done. My journey to being a board member has just begun.

Women on Boards 1.0

I was fortunately a part of the 1st cohort of Women on Boards by Aspire For Her. I am absolutely glad that I gave it the commitment that this program required. One of the things that it has prepared me for is to really understand what it means to be a member of the board. It’s not just about supervising the executive team but the level of expertise required as a group is something that became clear. The standout parts were the curriculum, the expert speakers who Aspire For Her was able to bring to the table to address the cohort and of course, the breakout sessions along with the role-play that we did. And then meeting the entire cohort in Mumbai for our felicitation tied the program together.
