The “Women on Boards” movement by Aspire For Her is back – now as WINBoards: Women IN Boards. It is a significant aspect of the broader initiative for gender equality and equal representation in leadership positions. Following the resounding success of Women on Boards 1.0 & 2.0 with more than 20 women getting into leadership/board positions, WINBoards 3.0 is committed to furthering gender diversity within corporate leadership and governance. This will be achieved through a robust lineup of distinguished speakers and engaging sessions.

If you are a Women Leader/EntrepreNaari or a woman who is ready to walk on this journey, then this is the right program for you. 

What is the program all about?

• This is an online learning program having 21 hours of learning.
• The sessions will be scheduled every Friday post 6pm(approximately for 2 hours) for a period of 2 months from August 2024 till September 2024 .
• 1:1 mentorship will be available.
• You will be given a project with a partnering NGO.
• The launch and the graduation will happen in a physical event.
• At the end of program you will receive a certificate of participation.
