    Zonal Round — Rules, Schedule & What to Carry

    Ahead of the Zonal Round on 8th August 2026, here's everything you need to know.

    Event Flow

    7:00 AM

    Reporting time at the venue

    7:00 AM – 7:30 AM

    Venue check-in (MANDATORY)

    Please scan at the venue entrance. Failure to register within this time may result in disqualification.

    7:30 AM – 7:50 AM

    Breakfast

    7:50 AM – 8:15 AM

    Hackathon Audi/Classroom check-in (MANDATORY)

    Please scan at the audi/classroom entrance. No access to the breakfast area after registration. Failure to register within this time may result in disqualification.

    8:15 AM – 8:30 AM

    Assemble in Your Respective Hackathon Space

    All participants must report to their assigned hackathon space and be seated before the event begins. Failure to assemble may result in disqualification.

    8:30 AM – 8:45 AM

    Lamp lighting & welcome address by college and Logitech

    8:45 AM – 8:55 AM

    Problem statement released; mentors available for guidance

    9:00 AM – 12:45 PM

    Build time — Work on your AI solution with mentor support

    12:45 PM – 1:15 PM

    Submission window

    Submission window opens at 12:45 PM on the Unstop platform. Links will be shared in advance.

    1:15 PM – 1:30 PM

    MCQ Round (15 questions) | MCQ submission closes sharply at 1:30 PM.

    1:30 PM – 2:00 PM

    Felicitation ceremony for mentors, jury members and witnesses

    2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

    Scan out of the audi/classroom | Lunch break | Interviews and Testimonials of participants

    Please ensure you scan out before exiting the audi/classroom venue. Failure to check out may result in disqualification.

    *Please note: The results announcement schedule is subject to change. Results may be announced on the same day or within 24–48 hours after the hackathon, depending on the evaluation process.

    Rules & Regulations

    • 1.Based on the overwhelming response, solo participation is now open. All participants must be physically present throughout the hackathon.
    • 2.Reporting time: 7:00 AM.
    • 3.Venue check-in, Audi/Classroom check-in, and check-out after the hackathon are mandatory. QR codes for scanning will be provided in advance. Non-adherence may lead to disqualification.
    • 4.The problem statement and themes will be shared on the Unstop platform at around 8:45 AM on 8 August 2026.
    • 5.Solution development on AWS PartyRock can begin only after the platform is enabled at 9:00 AM.
    • 6.All submissions must be uploaded on Unstop by 1:45 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
    • 7.Submission Requirements

      Participants must complete all of the following before the submission deadline.

      1. Presentation (Mandatory)

        Upload your completed presentation using the official Aspire For Her × Logitech PowerPoint template.

        The presentation must follow the prescribed template and instructions. Submissions that do not use the official template or omit required sections may not be evaluated.

      2. PartyRock JSON Script (Mandatory)

        Upload the exported PartyRock JSON script for your application.

      3. Working PartyRock Application Link (Mandatory)

        Provide a publicly accessible PartyRock application link.

        Please ensure that:

        • The application is accessible without requesting permission.
        • The link is active and functional at the time of evaluation.
      4. Participant Declaration (Mandatory)

        Before submitting, you must tick the declaration checkbox confirming that:

        • the submission is entirely your own work;
        • all work was completed individually during the official hackathon window; and
        • no unauthorized assistance was used.

      Important: Your submission will be considered complete only if the Presentation, JSON Script, PartyRock Link, and the mandatory Participant Declaration are all provided. Incomplete submissions may not be evaluated.

    • 8.Carry a fully charged laptop, laptop charger, and a power bank.
    • 9.Carry a charged mobile phone, charger, and a personal Wi-Fi/hotspot backup if possible.
    • 10.Carry a valid government-issued photo ID and your college ID — both are mandatory for entry.
    • 11.Mentors will be available on-site throughout the build window.
    • 12.All Guinness World Records rules and event guidelines shared by the organisers must be followed.
    • 13.Follow all instructions from the organising team, mentors, and stewards (college volunteers).
    • 14.All participants must wear a plain black T-shirt.
    • 15.Aspire For Her will provide an identification sticker, which must be worn on the T-shirt throughout the event.

    Transport Information

    • Bus transportation will be available only for participants from the Bengaluru and Kolkata locations, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Further details will be communicated to participants from these locations.
    • The bus will depart strictly on time.
    • Participants who miss the bus will be required to arrange their own transportation to the venue.
