Madhura founded Aspire For Her in 2019 to create a supportive ecosystem for women's professional growth. With her tech background and passion for empowerment, she built India's largest community for women.
Under her leadership, the community has grown to over 1 million members, impacting hundreds of thousands of careers through mentorship and networking.

Poornima leads Hummingbird Advisors, helping young businesses take flight, especially those led by women. A true powerhouse, she sits on the boards of Dixon, NSEIT, Co-Forge BPM, and Padget Electronics. She is a TiE Charter Member, a British Chevening Scholar, and co-author of Accelerating Her Business.
With almost 30 years in bank tech, Jaya brings a mix of strategy, tech expertise, and solid leadership. She's been recognised as a leading woman achiever in the BFSI space, winning multiple awards along the way. Passionate about empowering women, Jaya also set up a customer care centre that creates job opportunities for women looking to get back into the workforce.
