By December, 11 talented returnees were handpicked and selected, from over 1000 applicants. They were successfully onboarded to NPCI, where they continue to make an impact within their teams — supported by periodic connects and guidance sessions by Aspire For Her.
Sensitisation session for Hiring Managers
29 November, 2023, Ruchita Tandon, (Chief Growth Officer - Aspire For Her) facilitated large-scale change with a sensitization session for hiring managers. She highlighted the need for supporting returnees in the workplace, and outlined ways to help them shine.
