Women supporting women, nothing better!

I was fortunately a part of the 1st cohort of Women on Boards by Aspire For Her. I am absolutely glad that I gave it the commitment that this program required. One of the things that it has prepared me for is to really understand what it means to be a member of the board. It’s not just about supervising the executive team but the level of expertise required as a group is something that became clear. The standout parts were the curriculum, the expert speakers who Aspire For Her was able to bring to the table to address the cohort and of course, the breakout sessions along with the role-play that we did. And then meeting the entire cohort in Mumbai for our felicitation tied the program together.

I was fortunate enough to be a part of Aspire For Her’s first WOB cohort. It was one of the most enriching experiences of my learning journey ever. The most exciting part about the cohort and the program was that it was so well thought through – with curated sessions and an effort by the Aspire For Her team to bring in the best of the industry leaders who came forward from different disciplines and shared their experiences. We had a fantastic graduation ceremony at the US Consulate in Mumbai and then the learning continued. Thank you for all that you have done. My journey to being a board member has just begun.

The Inspire leadership program by Aspire For Her was incredibly valuable, providing me with the tools and mindset I needed to excel in my campus interviews. The 10-day leadership training helped me overcome self-doubt and present myself with clarity and confidence. I am now proudly working with a reputed company, and I owe much of my success to the INSPIRE program. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to evaluate and enhance their career.
The 10-day INSPIRE leadership training was one of the best decisions I made during my college journey. It enhanced my leadership abilities, boosted my self-confidence, and improved my communication skills, all of which were crucial for my campus interviews. Thanks to this program, I approached interviews with a clear mindset and successfully landed a role with a prestigious company. I’m excited to begin this next chapter in my career.
This course gave me practical examples of the latest methodologies and tools and offered a peep into the world of Google through its employees.
Google Project Management was a good refresher program with hands-on practice.

The course gets you job-ready by letting you explore various technical domains and apply them to real-world organisational needs.
I have started getting interview calls after adding this certificate on my resume.
A great foundation to understanding data analysis! Since I work closely with researchers, this has certainly helped me get an edge.
This program is an investment in my future. It has built my confidence and prepared me well for interviews in addition to offering me crucial knowledge.
The courses improved my confidence levels. Thanks to support from the Aspire For Her community, I could challenge myself.
I’m happy to share that I am a recipient of the Charpak Scholarship of Excellence [Masters Program] awarded by the Embassy of France for my graduate studies.
The experience and learnings I gained at Aspire For Her have made a significant impact on my life and I’m really thankful to have learned so many things. I’m glad I joined and worked here.
Aspire For Her is one of the most informative and active platforms for #EntrepreNaaris like me. By following them on social media, I got to know about the WSP 4.0 Program of IIM Bangalore with which I am happily preincubated now. I recommend all women entrepreneurs to engage with the platform and grow together.
I want to thank everyone at Aspire For Her – everything I am today is because of you all!
My first interaction with Aspire For Her was with Madhura Ma’am who arranged for a laptop for me. Without that, I wouldn’t have been able to do anything college- or work-related. That’s the biggest help that I’ve received. Then I met Geeta Ma’am who helped me with my college fees and ensured that I was able to access higher education.
Then, Ruchita Ma’am worked with me to help me identify opportunities. She referred me to Poornima Ma’am for an internship. Interning with Poornima Ma’am was a very big opportunity. It helped me learn so much about incubators and accelerators and earn an internship stipend to support myself. Today, I am able to live in Pune and attend a college there only because of Aspire For Her! I also enjoyed some once-in-a-lifetime opportunities as a part of this community – like being able to attend an event at the Bombay Stock Exchange! Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I’m very proud to be a part of the Aspire For Her family!
It has been a pleasure partnering with Aspire for Her as we launched our ‘DIVE Back, our returnship program at Blue Yonder under our D&I umbrella earlier this year. Aspire For Her has been extremely professional, and responsive, and has helped source a great pool of returnees within 3 months of our engagement. Madhura, Ruchita and the Aspire For Her team have been great to collaborate with and we wish you continued success in your journey!
I know Madhura and Aspire For Her for the last 2.5 years. I am so happy and glad to see the progress and reach that Aspire for Her has. Recently, as a part of Aspire For Her’s EntrepreNaari community, I got in touch with Rica Roy from NDTV. I must say that the session was very fruitful and personalised. Thanks Aspire For Her, for the prompt connection and for helping setting this up! I recommend everyone to explore EntrepreNaari as there is a high chance that you will uncover hidden gems!
Madhura and Aspire For Her are on a mission to help find jobs for women in India and, in turn, help add more women to India’s workforce. This is crucial if India has to continue growing upwards of 5% every year. Aspire For Her has helped build a community of more than 200,000 women and are working to help them skill up, connect with corporates, find jobs and increase the diversity ratio for companies like ours. We at AWS are running a program in partnership with Aspire For Her called SheDares where women are trained and enabled on cloud skills so that they can find jobs with AWS, as well as with our customers and partners!
It’s been a pleasure partnering with Aspire for Her for our National Talent Hunt program. We worked with the team for a diversity-focused initiative and Aspire For Her was extremely professional, responsive and agile. They helped us invite and host a great pool of talented girls from Tier 2 & 3 cities from across India who applied for the program on a very tight deadline. Their outreach and marketing strategy has been exceptionally brilliant. Madhura, Ruchita and the Aspire For Her team have been great to collaborate with. Here’s looking forward to working with them again soon!
‘Aspire For Her has been one of the most enlightening experiences of my life. Having started as an ambassador absolutely ignorant of my own skills, AFH has helped me understand my niche and has given me a plethora of opportunities to excel in my career. The best part about AFH is the network of aspiring women, young and old, who are associated with it. The network has been extremely empowering and has added substantially to my professional growth. Aspire For Her will always feel like home, no matter where you come from or what you do.’
